Access and protection

MESHWORKS uses authentication and permissions to control workspace access. Organisation boundaries and sensitive actions are enforced through application and server controls. Administrators should review permissions regularly, protect credentials and remove access when it is no longer needed.

The hosted website uses HTTPS. Storage protection, backups and recovery arrangements depend on the deployment and the agreed service scope. Contact us to confirm the controls applicable to your installation.

Customer content and AI

We do not use customer content to train AI models, sell it or derive commercial intelligence for our own benefit. We process it to provide the requested service, support and protect that service, and comply with legal obligations.

AI features may send information needed for a request to the configured provider. Provider terms, account settings and retention conditions apply. Using your own API key does not keep that processing local.

For customer-managed installations, administration, support access and external connections must be agreed explicitly. Local hosting alone does not establish an offline environment.

Reporting an issue

Contact support@meshworks.pt to report a security concern. Do not include passwords, private keys or unnecessary customer content in the initial message. We will arrange an appropriate channel if sensitive evidence is needed.

We assess incidents and provide notices according to applicable law and our agreements.
