Global Search — Find Anything, Instantly
We introduced a Global Search Bar accessible from anywhere in the platform with a simple Ctrl+K shortcut.
Instead of navigating through menus and project lists, you can now type a few characters and instantly find:
- Projects by name or number
- Parts by item number, description, or ERP code
- Customers and suppliers
- Quotations and purchase orders
The search is fast, keyboard-friendly, and designed to keep you in flow. No more context-switching — just type what you need and go directly to it. It is the kind of small improvement that saves minutes every day and hours every week.

Notification Alerts — Real-Time Team Awareness
The new Notification Center sits in the top navigation bar and gives every team member a live feed of what is happening across the organization.
When a designer releases parts for procurement, the purchaser sees it immediately. When a purchase request is approved, the team knows. When a quality issue is flagged, the right people are alerted.
What triggers notifications:
- Parts released for procurement
- Purchase requests created, approved, or ordered
- Inventory movements and stock alerts
- Project status changes
- Quality issues raised
Each notification is categorized by type with clear visual indicators, timestamps, and one-click mark-as-read. The unread counter on the bell icon ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
